Llandaff Fields Cardiff, we'll be opposite the park by the furthest away goal posts.

- Car Park costs £3.00, exercise session is pay what you can £3.00-£7.00.

Come and join in our Move More Eat Well project and join our exercise group. Details of how to book on in the comments.

Then stay for a picnic (or just come for the picnic). Bring a blanket and some food and drink. Then we’ll have a game of rounders.

Children will be your responsibility also and please don't leave your child alone with any other adult.
